Shipping
How long does our free shipping take?
Generally our orders are sent within 48 hors of being paid for, We offer free worldwide shipping to most countries if our free shipping doesn’t apply to you we will contact you. Because we have multiple factories that we deal with we have items in many countries and so we ask that our free shipping you allow 30 to 60 days to arrive in case theres issues with our couriers.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
As we send our items in a speedy manner most times the address you put on the checkout needs to be correct please make sure you add the correct shipping address and that someone will be available to accept the order or someone can collect or pick it up from a local depot should someone not be home.We do not take responsibility of the package once it has been left on your doorstep if someone isn’t there for the item to be collected.
Can I get same day delivery?
Many of our products come from the factory direct. We have factories in many Countries so with some products we cant guarantee same day delivery.
Payment
What if I need to modify my order?
NO worries just get in touch with us within 24 hours through whatsapp or email and give us your current order number and we will try to connect your order If you want to add to your order then simply make your new order and we will add it to your current order.
If the original order has not been sent or if it has we will send it after you order has been processed.
We offer free worldwide shipping on most our items so this won’t be an issue for most people as cost will be the same as sending 2 seperate items
Can i use afterpay or paypal pay in 4?
We only offer afterpay and paypal pay in 4 in some countries . If you don’t see it when you go through the checkout area then its not available in your country or the system is down. We apologise if we don’t offer it for your particular country.
Can i pay by cash or C.O.D
We do take some cash payments if your local but generally we prefer to use the methods available to you in checkout
COD we don’t do sorry and if you have concerns we suggest to use paypal as your protected by their safe customer ecommerce payment policies.
Returns
Do you accept returns.
Yes we accept returns for incorrect sizes. All returns must be in the same condition and unworn and notified within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please contact us for a return authority number and we will send you a return address to return to. Please note we only exchange for size and you need to return the item at your own cost to our team.
